What is HDF Laminate board? High-pressure decorative laminated wood: High-pressure laminate (HPL) HDF Laminate board structure consists of 4 layers:
1/ Aluminum Oxide film layer: Hdf laminate board has AC4 abrasion level, moisture-proof, anti-bacterial, anti-cigarette burn-resistant, resistant to fading due to chemicals and ultraviolet rays
2/ The paper layer creates wood grain from resin: compressed at temperature (220oC) and under high pressure under a molten Oxide layer, which tightly adheres to the HDF layer, helping the Laminate surface to always have a durable color and a stable natural wood grain balance.
3/ HDF layer: high density fiberboard High pressure pressed wood veneer (850-870 kg/cm2): Main load-bearing component and determines the thickness.
4/ Plastic film layer: High heat pressing tightly under HDF has a balancing effect of keeping flat and moisture-proof, forming a bottom layer of Laminate HDF that balances the bottom surface compared to the top layer, keeping the board always flatter than Melamine MDF, MFC, particleboard (PB) and plywood (Plywood).
